LJ brings years of experience in process automation and operations to her small & medium size business consulting business, helping businesses gain efficiency and scale. The business started as a leadership development consultancy using golf as a method for team building, as she is also an avid golfer, and is passionate about welcoming more women and People of Color in the golfing space. As she expands, she hopes to continue growing her client base.
